Important Notice

Varimuse respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA.

Notification of Infringement

If you believe that content available on Varimuse infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following information to our designated agent:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on the Service
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address

Repeat Infringers

Varimuse will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from the Service more than twice.
