Credits do not expire while Varimuse remains in operation and your account stays in good standing. Because this is still a beta product, we recommend downloading any work you need to preserve.
Is Varimuse still in beta?
Yes. Varimuse is live and usable, but still evolving. If it does not establish a sustainable paying user base, we may eventually wind the service down. We will aim to provide notice if that happens, but you should keep local copies of anything important.
Can I get a refund?
Credit purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits remain in your account while the service remains active and your account is in good standing. If you experience technical issues, please contact support.
Is there a free trial?
New users receive 500 free credits to try Varimuse. Explore the public gallery, run your first comparisons, and only buy more when you want to keep going.
